- Relax hair with Optimum No-Lye (Normal strength) and take update pics
- Continue taking Omega-3 Supplement + a multivitamin daily
- Finish 3 products in the stash
- Protective style every single day in March and no heat (2 passes) - this means a lot of rollerset/flexirod updos, ponytails, halfwigs etc;
- Deep condition once a week
- Start back on Sulfur 8 when done "enjoying" freshly relaxed hair
What are your hair goals for March?
My biggest goal: get back on my vitamin reggie!
ReplyDeleteI think my goal will be to M&S nightly! I'm already failing at this b/c I'm not M&Sing tonight.
ReplyDeleteMine would be covering my hair every night with a bonnet or scarf. I just had another baby and juggling her and my 2 year old has put me off my hair game some.
ReplyDeleteHair goals- continue perfecting rollersetting, continue to follow regimen consistently.
ReplyDeleteMy true goals this month are to continue staying active and eating properly. I had gotten into a lazy rut these past couple of weeks. I've been miserable as far as my energy, clarity and completely bloated since eating out every day for 2-3weeks.
March 2012, umm...let's see, try a roller set, via Shika! Get my ends trimmed, FINALLY, and maintain a great regimen :)
ReplyDeleteGreat goals, and I hope you fullfill them. :)
wow nice would you go to my blog to help me out http://journey4longerhair.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteHi love your blog. My goal till the end of the year is healthy hair and also full APL . Lastly to overcame my major setback of right side thinning and broken nape.
ReplyDeleteMy hair was thinning a lot after winter. In order to make it stronger, I revised my nutrition. The basic elements for healthy hair growth should be provided from inside out. Besides, I also started taking nutritional supplement Hair Gain Formula by Military Grade in order to support my hair and fight seasonal hair loss. This product contains unique herbal compounds, which make it effective and safe to take. This product is the only nutraceutical which possesses prostaglandin D2 blocking properties. In 6 months my hair has become visibly thicker, and I don't suffer from hair loss as much as I used to.
ReplyDeleteThis blog is really awesome in all respects.
