Lately I've been loving textured styles so I decided to do a braidout today. I like the way it turned out :) It was on dry hair. Here's how it went...
I applied one pump of
Lottabody Olive Oil Foam Wrap Lotion to each section and curled the ends with a yellow perm rod.

12 braids |
Here's what the ends look like after leaving the rods in overnight...

Perm rods allow relaxed hair to stay curled all the way down |

About to cornrow the front section of my hair. |
Then I unbraided in the morning and oiled my ends with
Vatika Oil. This pic is before lightly separating and fluffing it out with a wide tooth comb and my fingers. I didn't know what to do with my straight bangs so I cornrowed them

Length check (crazy shrinkage). 4 inches until waist length |
I like the Lottabody foaming wrap lotion w/ EVOO - my hair has some hold but it is not crunchy at all, I think it's because the product does not contain alcohol (major bonus)
Braidout Maintenance: My braidouts always look better on the second day. At night I lightly moisturize and braid my hair into 6 sections, and then tie on a satin scarf. In the morning I undo the braids and finger style
Your hair has really grooowwn!!! Keep it up!
